How long have you been here?

Washout rates? -- Mgmt Determines
Retirements? --- We don't have any
Medical Problems? --- Mgmt determines if you have one
Fleet size? ---- Mgmt determines
The Economy? --- Mgmt determines the world's economy
Etc? --- It'll be in the next TA
