Training for the Europe 757 starts this July. Does that mean that anyone after July going to the MEM 757 will see a new training date? Any plans to train off site? What's up with all of the B727 vacancies? Are those for the new hires?

I think they built holes in the current training schedule. For example the Aug 1st class is a class of 1 and 1. But I have been wrong before.

Alright ... a new bid opens. That should give you tools something to obsess about besides the training trade I blocked (15 years ago)

Mark,

You're right. But I'm wondering why you feel that everyone else is a "tool?" Is there a chance that you're missing something? Nah, probably not. It must be everyone else, because they just don't understand why your denying that training date swap was the right thing to do, if for no other reason than we'd certainly not want to start supporting our brothers and sisters, especially when it wouldn't have cost us one red cent, because that would certainly set a bad precedent. Yeah, what a bunch of tools.

No Mark, actually I think that you're the tool, especially after your comment about your doing the same thing again, if given the same situation.

So in addition to blocking a training swap, you blocked a trip trade? How'd you manage that, because your seniority DOESN'T extend that far.

As long as you keep bragging about being a buddy-is-only-half-a-word, we'll keep calling you on it.

I wouldn't trade karma with Mayday Mark for all the curry in Mumbai.

Default CGN Base, Paris Sort

Looking at the pairings. Looks to me like Paris remains the cargo sort facility and CGN is the pilot base only. I've asked the question at a couple of Alpa hub turn meetings and when I've flown with fellas in management, "what's the concept of operations for the EMEA?" I've gotten the "We/I Dunno. That's TBD". Wouldn't you want to lead with that info on the FCIF or on the EMEA web page? I.E...you are gonna live around Cologne but most of the flying is hub turning in/out of Paris..cargo sorted in Paris...we hope to build the CGN facility up to do a sort in the future. Hmmm....
