We've all seen it. "Bob" at GOC sends you an e-mail asking you why the crew took a delay. You have to answer the obvious and tell them nicely that a wx/mx/loading/haz issue was the reason. Why not file an ops report with all the juicy details before you get that e-mail? Then Bobo the ramp agent gets to explain.
Or file the ops report after the e-mail. Then attach it in response. That way "Bob" can't hide it if it isn't the crew's fault.
