Another FDX vaca ? July is my last vacation slot for the year. I have 17 days (17x6hrs=102 hrs) My vacation bank balance shows 112 hrs. left. Can I expand to knock out 112 hrs +6 or just 112?

Yes, I went in the hole some! If this year I knock out this entire month and even hit a trip next month, with my current vacation, and go into a 40 hour deficit;
-I will still be paid all the hours for the trips I hit, correct?
-What happens next year, when with my reduced-by-40-hour vacation bank I hit trips again that go into deficit? Will I still be paid and go further into deficit? What is the highest deficit one can accumulate (without MUV)?

One more two-part question please,
What is the priority for MUV during the conflict/input window, compared to CIC, MUS, etc.?
Is MUV available in future conflict/input windows? Or, only during the CIW during which that vacation was in?
