I didn't interview for a flying position (look at my u/n)...... though they said it would be possible to cross over down the road.
It will be interesting to see what moves NCR make once the 757 combis are on property, especially with ATI also adding them.

Just note that they're are now NOT working on the 757 combi program. So it is just one 757 and three 747-400s based in DXB. The 757, N176CA, is a PAX plane and the -400s are -400Fs.
I'd stay at ATI if you're able at the moment. I think National has flat lined for right now in regards to hiring. Its basically been confirmed that they should be moving operations to Florida soon as well.

Stay away. It's a beatin'.
I think I'm the only pilot on furlough from NAL. I was hired to screw with the current Checkers. I was hired as a B757 check, demoted after my PC, then furloughed less than 3 months later in the middle of IOE. No offer of even a B747 FO position. Called back several times asking when I could expect a recall. I was told the first of this year, "don't expect to be called back anytime soon." I left Chinese abuse for that?
I'm on training pay right now, outside the US, making 1.6 times what NAL pays, on smaller equipment, after the LCA downgrade, even still more than LCA base pay, with 1/3 the effort. 17% pay raise at the end of training. Housing, commute, health, retirement (if I want it), per diem and schedules far outpace anything they will ever be.
You're better off driving a truck. Check your local programming.

I have almost 7000tt and 5000 121 Jet. Don't let them lie to you.
It's never gonna happen with 500tt.
