MCFlyer,
I was in the same boat, window closed 15 Sep ...ATP on 17 Sep. What followed was six months of getting the "we are not taking apps now" followed by the annoying bing to really drive in the pain. If you have issues with web site (I had the same with a/c type) email the support folks. They were really quick to fix it for my case. It seems they are still working out the bugs from the upgrade. Mine eventually posted fine and I did not pay a fee. Good luck to all.

I've sent them 3 emails in the last 24 hours about bugs in the application. I haven't received a direct response, but the aircraft dropdown goes beyond F21 today so they are obviously working on it. I'm having trouble getting past the questionnaire today. No matter how I fill it out, it tells me Questions 5, 8 and 38 are required fields missing values. 5 is an "if applicable" question that is not applicable to me. I had to enter a date for my FE expiration even though I don't yet have an FE written score.

8 has data in it and 38 is a yes/no question that only requires input if you answer yes. I've never been a designated chief pilot, so I answered no. Even putting "N/A" in the answer doesn't let me save the questionnaire because I'm missing required data. One of my emails yesterday included a screenshot showing that question 8 was filled out yet reporting missing data.

I wonder how some of you are making it past this point and I am not. I'll keep checking back to see if it starts working for me.

FWIW, email #3 was for the work history section which also stopped at F21 in the dropdowns. It works today.

I understand your frustration but I would be very polite with my 3 e mails in 24 hours.

Have any of you had issues with the attachments page??? I uploaded a new resume 2 weeks ago and then deleted the previous one. After that I noticed it was showing it was targeted at no airline (instead of ALL,FE,or SW)

I contacted them and they said they will work on it. Now I cant even access that page. I click on attachments and it pops up a window that the Deletion failed and it will not stop doing it. I have to CNTRL ALT DEL to get out of it.

Anyone have this problem too or is it just because I am updating?

Possibly try a different browser. Using Firefox, I will get the freeze after uploading, but Explorer works fine.

From the Fefex Application window:

"This site is best viewed with Firefox (2.0 or better), MS Internet Explorer (6.0 or better), or the newest version of your favorite browser."

Similar problem, but different questions. Mine are stuck on #3 & 21 of the questionnaire. I, too, sent an email. Maybe it's based on answers elsewhere that cause conflicts in the database, and thus is unique to each individual as to whether or which questions don't work.
