If so some of them would not draw retirement because they are not 55. There are some who are less than 50.

So could every ex air force guy, or Marine guy, or navy guy...But, to get a full retirement, they'd need 25 yrs here AND be age 60.

That chart only shows how many turn 65, it says nothing about retirements.

Well, no one knows for sure when an over 60 guy will leave. But, if you add up all the guys on that retirement chart for the next 5 years...That will tell you how many we have now, that are over age 60, and could retire.

You are correct. mis type on my part. So some or all can go to the 727 for a while. Impact on current under 65 employees is the same, we all move up in relative seniority. Again, only 161. My point is where is the "huge numbers" for the next year and a half that some are quoting. As a few others said, just because some can doesn't mean any will.
