Huck has the power to see into the fiscal dimension.
Exactly. We're moving a ton of low yield freight, but express volume (first overnights, priority overnight, etc) has dropped off again. Not as bad as 07, but it's still concerning. Fuel surcharges are a big reason for this.
Pending economic crisis is pending.

According to SCP's letter the bid will come out next week. They are expecting additional positions for the 757 in MEM and CGN, and also vacancies for both seats on the 777, although heavily weighted on the FO side. As a side note, the SCP recently stated in class that it is likely we will see new-hire FO's in MEM go to the 777. Other vacancies still TBD by Airline Scheduling and Fleet Planning. 30% more pilots retiring than last year, and hiring expected to continue throughout the remainder of the calendar year, with the next class of 16 in June, as someone previously posted.
Good news for all, specially for guys waiting for interviews and class dates. Good luck.
