"Extras" include optional side plates that include: a fruit plate, a deli
plate, or a veggie plate. "Beverages" include sodas. These items are in addition to the main menu, and therefore are outside the CBA. "
Remember this the next time you are asked to do over and beyond the contract.
FAR extention? JUST say no.
Remember its a just culture, just the contract and nothing more.

But I'm all for following the rules.
So as a captain I think it is your responsibility at the end of each flight to make sure that anything that is edible is in a trash bag to be disposed of.
All that extra coffee, sugar, creamers, sodas, juices, etc.
Don't let your fellow crewmember be tempted.
