The museum is where your paychecks are going. I cant believe that some people will put up with this crap. I frankly am thankful I was laid off from EIA earlier this year.

Job market
I have been looking for another job for awhile now with no luck. So I have to put up with late paychecks. I will be forced to put up with this crap or are you suggesting I just quit. Like to know how quitting will provide for my family. If you know about any jobs out there starting off at about 80k around where I live, please let me know.

80K, you must have been there 15+ years. Most companies hiring into Boeing and Airbus airplanes pay around 50K to start if you work a little extra. You can actually make more than 80K if you have been at most places more than a year or two. Just look at Atlas pay for an example.
I am really sorry that the pay at EIA isn't better, I know my family could have used the cash, but there is life outside of the zone.
