Unhappy

EIA is down to 48 pilots. I do not think we will make it past December.

Sad to hear. My first job in ANC was working on the ramp for EAGLE and I enjoyed most every minute of it. Hanging out with the Evergreen mx guys (RW in particular) was always amusing.

My best to the Evergreen guys going forward.

" pay checks due on the 15th are planned to arrive on the 29th."

Found the above on Flight Info. These late pay checks are getting old. No money for hotels or fuel................

So anyone know how Dells other legacy project is going...The hotel at the museum?

The museum is where your paychecks are going. I cant believe that some people will put up with this crap. I frankly am thankful I was laid off from EIA earlier this year.

I have been looking for another job for awhile now with no luck. So I have to put up with late paychecks. I will be forced to put up with this crap or are you suggesting I just quit. Like to know how quitting will provide for my family. If you know about any jobs out there starting off at about 80k around where I live, please let me know.

80K, you must have been there 15+ years. Most companies hiring into Boeing and Airbus airplanes pay around 50K to start if you work a little extra. You can actually make more than 80K if you have been at most places more than a year or two. Just look at Atlas pay for an example.

I am really sorry that the pay at EIA isn't better, I know my family could have used the cash, but there is life outside of the zone.
