OMG! What do you do when you have to communicate in writing at work? Speaking of management, what do the supervisors do to deal with your lack of language skills? Did they know about this when they hired you?

Remember the only thing Crappy brought to the table was a really really bad contract and 3-4 usable airframes. That's it. As a pilot group you gained in the merger process.
