Postal is the wildcard. It's my understanding we currently have 5-10% so getting 30-40% and adding 20+ 2day air flights would be game changing.

Nothing personal Baghdad Bob. You're just the typical pilot who thinks he is smarter than everyone else. Remember I'm the night school MBA. What I learned is everyone thinks they can outdo management. The fact is that UPS makes billions doing what works and that has nothing to do with anything we postulate.

Wonder what we could make with a management that engages its employees and treats them like an asset ?

Do they teach that in night school MBA classes ?

No...but they teach the opposite at union busting school. Part of Lil' Norman's problem may be Stockholm Syndrome, or that because he took a night school MBA he is now a defacto CF/EO and now likens himself as more than a mere know-it-all pilot.

Reading the tea leaves indicates postal contract gains could lead to pilot hiring.
