Default FDX CIC window and carryover

If you bid a line with no carryover and then conflict it with something like prior months carryover, when you use the CIC window are you limited in how much carryover you get?

Yes, you are limited to the hours that are conflicted (whatever is dropped) + 6 hours. You can ask for something = to your hours dropped + 6.

True - and what that really means: Those hours are yours, but if you request CarryOut with some of them - you will get a short paycheck the first month
You get no additional 'award' past your original award, you are now just splitting it between the two months.
