Actually, statistics show people who continue to work INCREASE their longevity because they have a daily purpose in life.
I think folks on this forum are interested in the statistics for night freight pilots, not the non-aviation, general population.

With all due respect ---- show me the pilot specific data and let me draw my own conclusions.

ALPA (and the other associations/unions) have it

(...because you know the ALPA insurance actuaries sure as hell use it!)

There are no legal issues providing it.

It's deidentified, summary data.

It's my association dues.

If you get diagnosed with cancer, you're going to ask your doc a million questions about the odds.

Why not ask this health-related statiscal question too?

You do not have to work to have daily purpose in life! Many of us have other passions as well as flying, for myself I have plenty of hobbies to keep me busy in retirement. The biggest cockpit in need in retirement is a Super Cub on tundra tires and a spare of floats on the side.
