I track these things on a spreadsheet.
777, 11-MEM and 757-MEM captain numbers are identical to the first practice bid.
I'm 1000 numbers farther away from LAX captain (it did look suspiciously junior on the first one)
Hong Kong captain bottom guy moved 331 numbers.
I sure hope the finals are a little more accurate.....

Something is not right as I didn't change anything between the two bids. My seniority held a bid to relieve on practice one, but it didn't on practice two. Junior pilots got the award and I stayed right where I was before any bids took place. That seat, is now my 4th choice. I can't figure it out, and I am starting to feel like a pig starring at a wristwatch?

hard seeing the value in all those training cycles, with vast majority of bids being to "relieve excess" (other than 727 positions)

The other thing is.... even after this final award.. things will change significantly with bid 13-04 closing just a week after 13-03.. so
Even the "final" results (of 13-03) won't be as final as a normal bid.

Everybody look close because I definitely have junior pilots holding what I have bid over what I am awarded in practice 2. I have a bid to relieve, yet junior pilots are moving and I am not. Practice 1 reflected things correctly. Practice 2 does not. I did throw the 76 in the standing bid list as well, in preparation for the next bid. Could that be flawing my bid somehow?
