Ati 737 loa
What do the ex Cappy guys think of this LOA?
IMHO this LOA sets us back if we vote it in. Has anyone thought of the possibility ATSG can make ATI a bottom feeder 73 operator domiciled in CVG with a few 75 crews to cover the combi and 3 freighters and move all 767 flying to ABX?
Don't buy into this job security crap for furloughed guys. Commuting into CVG with such limited capacity is pretty bad with already ABX crews jumping in.
There was no negotiation whatsoever.
Hold the line.

The 76 to ABX is a scenario of the many possibilities. The pay cut is based on 10 yr Capt rate of 127 and loosing of homebasing plus the loss of work rules, open reserve, vacation, etc.
This Crappy Management team wants to bring their Cappy ideas to ATI, training on days off and vacation on days off.

Only a fool accepts Mgt's first offer, if they want this business, they will "negotiate." I guarantee they have a second offer ready to go which may include homebasing.
At some point an airline is not worth coming back to if you are furloughed.
