Why should we have to work even one day past an amendable date? Hasn't management know for nearly 7 years that we had a contract to negotiate? The problem is they have NO MOTIVATION to negotiate in good faith. Every day they drag this out they save $X,XXX,XXX millions of dollars.
There should be a mandatory penalty and retro-pay for every day (years) this drags on.
