Since all you junior guys have gotten used to a 5-year delay in upward movement recently, here comes another one!
That's what scares me the most. Combined with the "mode shift" talk from corporate, we're looking at the incredible vanishing career progression.

There was a point awhile back where every pilot left at USAir could have held captain back in the good times.... Our careers are stagnant enough. I'm sure not voting for even more of a slowdown.

I was a 55% Captain 6 years ago ... today, I'm still not 50%. I'm sure that PBS will help me?

I do not know LT's status but I do now all over 65 guys had to retire and if they want to be "re-employed" there is a about a 90 day separation required after you receive pension benefits before you can come back to work at FDX.

Ok, then he's been back. He has been the PiBS guru for a bit.

He was listed on an union email as having retired in the previous month, but I'm sure that they are probably bringing him back as a non crewmember.

I noticed at a recent trip to McDonalds that the High School kid that helped me name tag said "Crew Member." He already qualified to do that
