FDX- We lost one of our own today
One of our pilots was killed today in a P-51 crash in Galveston. He was a Airbus Check Airman, a great pilot, and one heck of a nice guy. He will be missed.
Please think of him and his family.

Keith was a gentleman and will miss him and my thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
We both flew bug mashers out of T67 near AFW years ago where I first met him and found we both worked for a Fedex.
For those of you that know him, he had a great picture of an A4 in formation off the wing of his Stearman that made the cover of Tradeaplane years back.

The Lone Star museum has quite a few FedEx friends. My MD11 sim partner was a B-17 guy for them, and "Gumby" is a FedEx pilot and FAA guy on warbirds and a captain for us as well. I bought my own Navion from a friend of the crew, and Larry--the curator--flew it more than anyone else and gave me my checkout. I didn't know the Keith, but there are a lot great people in that group and I know a lot of our own are hurting tonight. RIP Keith.
