People, we need to stay on this. Please email your block rep and ask them what they are doing about this.

I know from a reliable source that are union reps don't think this is a big deal because they haven't heard anything from the crew force.

If you want, you can email the whole MEC reps: [email protected]

I emailed the whole group and only herd back from one rep.

Lets stay on this....

Thanks

Certainly someone at Kirby has noticed the company's MO is to burn a couple of pilots early, establish the policy, now they have an accepted practice and everyone is fair game. You cant get a bunch of complaints when they are only yanking 1 or 2 guys a month.

I'm not sure that I get sick according to accepted practice and policy? How about if I just have a cold? Can I get a note from the guy that mows my grass (The Lawn Doctor!)

Since it's impossible to drop or move trips in VIPS, do I have to be sick for my son's college graduation or wedding or ...

This is the duty day police thread. Your lawn guy can send a note saying you were on the porch swilling JD but stopped 8 hours prior.
