FDX future and system form.....

A "no-furlough clause" is not worth the paper it is written on, or the disappearing ink it is written with. There is always a "Force Majeur" escape clause for the company that gives them an instant out.
Ask some of your DAL buds about it.

-Our company is very profitable
- our company has excess cash ($3.2B stock buyback)
- Stock is up 80some %
- Positive news in shareholder meetings
- Positive reviews by financial press for profitability & earnings
- Pilots efforts (fuel sense, APU, draft, vol etc) has significantly added to the the express divisions profitability
- New airframes will net efficiencies at a cost of pilot jobs (more NB, less WB, 75/76 common utilization)
There is absolutely NO -ZERO-NADA reason for any concessionary positions.
