[QUOTE=TonyC;1639427]Time for more Buffalo Wild Wings and a darker shade of black polo shirt!

.[/QUOTEAgreed. But in the future, I wish the union would hold these events at a venue the respects our second amendment rights. I have not been able to attend one yet due to Buffalo Wild Wings polices.

Why do they never mention where this last off site meeting was?? Now that it's past, surely it's no big secret.

This is why when someone flies draft it should be visible on the pairing for everyone to see.

This is the hidden secret around here. No one admits to being on a draft trip.

We're closing in on our 4th year and 4th peak since our last real contract became amendable.

Carryover. We could get a whole lot more done if we could limit carryover to a max of 6hrs or eliminate it entirely from this next contract. This is the company's ace in the hole. Too many people live off that crack pipe though.

I'm not arguing with you, but ...

Why should individuals make personal sacrifices for a cause when every message from leadership conveys that things are just fine?

Our Strategic Preparedness and Strike Center is a one-room repurposed office in the already overcrowded MEC office space. If the MEC isn't serious about this, why should a rank and file member get serious?

Heard from a reliable bus driver that the company made an offer to complete the contract last week, with all the changes included so far and every thing else status quo and the NC said no. Now if this is true, as our representatives, couldn't they at least tell us about it and what was in it? I'm willing to wait however long it takes to get the contract we deserve, but keeping items of interest from the masses is more like big government work.
They are at the table because 4500 pilots can't fit around it, we should know everything they know if they are truly our representatives. Secrecy only breeds contempt and our profession does not operate in a vacuum.
