I applied. When I finished my app I got taken to a page that said "Thank You". However I looked at the URL and it was https://ups.managehr.com/candidate/i...T_FAILED_SCORE

Looks like I didn't make the cut (not that I'm very qualified anyways) Anyone else get this?

No reqs but I did fly the MIA CP over Bishkek on his way over for his units tour in Afgan a few years ago, only UPS person I know or have ever met.

I don't claim to know anything about the application, but do you meet the minimums they are asking for? And if so, that message seems weird. Is there a way to check over the application that you submitted, and make sure you didn't leave out a zero somewhere? If not, is there anyone that you can call? You don't want your application to get automatically rejected because of a computer error or fat fingers.

If you know that you didn't meet the minimums, then fine, don't take action because it wouldn't do any good. Otherwise, it doesn't make sense to me that you'd get an auto reject.

I'll echo what was said above. The hard part of online apps is that you are one box check or mouse scroll away from getting auto rejected and that is sometimes tricky when filling it out on a computer.

I'll give you an example:
When filling out an application for a major airline, I accidentally scrolled my mouse and turned a selection box from Yes, I have answered all questions truthfully to No. I was auto rejected a day later and couldn't figure it out until I went in and through some maneuvering was able to bring up my browser history and see where I checked wrong. I then deleted that profile and started from scratch. I am now waiting for a class date from that airline.

Before you hit the submit button, go through and double check that what you think you put in there is actually what is in there. I was lucky in that I was able to go back and figure it out. Not all applications will let you do that.

After i applied I got taken to the "thanks for applying" screen. I dont recall the url after I applied, but when you log back on to the app window, does it say that the status is "on file" and "yes" under complete? Also, I haven't recived a confirmation email saying that the app has been received like many other airlines will send. Has anyone esle gotten or not gotten this email? Just curious as to where I stand.

Under the "special qualifications" tab, I have a few sentences of quals- but after I log back into that section, it has deleted all but the first part of my first sentence. Anyone else see this?

do you meet the mins? If not the app is very short. Hey at least you don't have to spend an hr of your time filling out an app for a job you can't get right?
