Y'all are missing the bigger picture. It's the same size as the ALPA pin.. Order new one; cover it.. Easy! UNITY!

Pin works great
I thought the same thing. Excited to see the lanyard until I saw the SEIU excrement. So.....I put the pin over it. Worked great.

Just man up --- alter the lanyard as you see fit (sharpie, ALPA pin, etc) --- and wear it.
