FDX FxCal Trip Recaps
The company has changed the format of Trip Recaps and Summaries.
FxCal will still be fully functional for open time and trades, just will not be able to get the VIPS version of trips automatically.
The company did notify us ahead of time, but way to much French Open and World Cup to watch to have a complete fix ready to go when the change was made. So expect a fix in about two days. Until then, just get any recaps you need manually.

These Yahoos don't even meet that dismal standard. What a frickin' embarrassment.
All ego, no pride.

On another related note, bring a book or some road cokes for the ride to the NRT Hilton next time you're there. Apparently it now takes 18 hours to get there from the terminal.

I think the local GT times might be correct. The flight times, on the other hand, are correct in local for the departure airport, but not the destination airport. The Local Arrival time corresponds to local time at the departure airport.
Two points: First, this whole internet version of the green screen system was built by none other than "Screw your buddy" Terrence Fennessey. It's no surprise they're still trying to "fix" his coding.
Second: Anybody ever heard of Beta testing? Seems like they could employ a minimal level of testing before rolling out code frought with gross errors.
God, I pray that our customers are not subjected to this culture -- yes, it has progressed from random incidence to ingrained culture -- of gross incompetence. It's as if their sole feedback tool is APC.

They want us to agree to a technological leap to PiBs. We've been saying no because we want to avoid any changes that are likely to result in pain and/or failure.
But here we are as they try to impress us with another example of no transparency, no coordination with our FxCal and BidX programmers, and a totally screwed up product going live before testing.
There is absolutely no desire to make a pilot's life one ounce better. They only make changes to enhance oversight, spring it on us without warning, then lie about it's purpose.
Please don't make any more improvements to VIPS, it's killing us.
