FedEx training Cycles

If someone had a 28 Mar training date to 727FO, and the next bid was before then, say 15 Feb, and they got MEM11FO with a class date a year down the road, would the company still train them as an FO or would they stay as a SO? If they stayed as a SO and were getting 727FO passover pay, would they still get it?
Hope that makes sense.
And yes I have been trying to make sense of it in the countract.

Like Jolly said, you'd probably not be trained.
Some years ago, my training for DC10 SO started at 0930 on a Tues and the final bid was released same day at 1200 noon. I had to go to training after much discussion between my ACP and Central Flt Mgmt. I was in a pickle because the bid was SUPPOSED to be released the day prior (Mon) and I had good confidence I'd get an MD11 FO bid (which I did) and therefore not have to go to training on Tues.
Some snafu between the FPA and mgmt delayed the bid release for 24 hrs and I found myself coming to class for the DC10 a day late.

It depends also if you could've held the seat on the previous bid. If you could've, they won't award it to you if you are already in training for a different seat. At least that is the way it has gone down on previous bids.
