Default fedex prism

Looking for instructions on how to find and access prism if anyone knows and can help. Is it in the mainframe or somewhere else? I have the hardest time finding anything these days on the website.

Thanks.
K.

Mainframe. IMS and select option "1" or clear the screen once logged into IMS and just type PRISM.

Or, just email the PAC to confirm your information so you don't have to regress to 1980s tech!

I've been getting access to the old FedEx Green Screen using my Mac for years using a Windows emulator and Windoz XP ... It's not easy

geez. looks like i will have to call mem or wait until i am on one of the computers when i am at work. i usually can't get the computers at aoc or at any out station to operate so i am sure using something called an emulator is way over my head! thanks for all the replies! time for the game. go bama!!

Apparently you can't get the shift key on your own computer to work either.

A few months ago, I happened to be offline jumpseating next to a FedEx IT guy. He was coming into MEM for a meeting to discuss how they were going to replace the Green Screen. This meeting was long overdue!
