Did you just happen to try the extra zeroes or did you read the instructions that told you it required leading zeroes to make the entry 9 digits?

To make it simple:
1. Log on to PFC.
2. Type ADP in search box
3. Select - Self Service ADP iPay Registration Guide....
4. Follow the instructions

Actually I looked at my pay statement and saw the extra zeros and gave it a shot. And my post seemed to help others solve the problem, with out making me look like a sanctimonious douche.
