So your suggestion is we block all the roads into Herndon yelling no jackets no peace?

By your own statement, if we want a particular uniform item it must be in the CBA or else management can drop it by fiat.

A lot of passenger carriers have specific contract language on uniforms to include what and when exact items must be worn. Usually by date.

Since they didn't get off their butts to inform us of this until now, I wonder if they are going to reimburse people who have recently ordered leather jackets.

I know some guys who will really appreciate those maternity clothes, giving a little extra room in the stomach area.

I do not see an increase in the yearly uniform allowance so we can purchase these uniform changes. Did I miss it?
