I can't the training letter yet, but plenty of notices are out. The last FO I flew with is going to MD11 Capt training in July 2016. My B777 Capt class date is this coming Oct.

Probably at least one bid of some form between now and summer 17. Outside of minor modifications, I think the only possible big training letter change may be whatever they do with Gilligan's crew out there in HKG on the Airbus. If the company has a plan for when they're bringing those airplanes back to the U.S., they haven't announced it so it seems hard to buy any training dates associated with those pilots as firm. I may have missed it, but I don't think they've even announced what they're doing with the 757 aircraft that were supposed to be going over there. I guess we'll find out sometime after peak.
