Default FedEx Jumpseat Cancellation

So I'm trying to cancel a jumpseat on a flight this evening. I've called the jumpseat hotline and an automated system is asking me for my ID number. Then it asks for my pin. I'm unable to make it past this point. There's no one answering the phone like when I listed this morning.

I would prefer to not get blacklisted from jumpseating on you guys, as it's helped me out in a pinch many times. Is this an issue that's been happening with the phone line before? When I call back and eventually get a hold of a real person, should I be worried about getting blacklisted?

KEEP calling, they will answer eventually.

They are probably swamped right now. Try back after about 6pm central.

There is a problem with their phones I guess. When the recording says "Wait while I transfer your call" it disconnects me.

I guess try back in a bit.

Call 901 224-5420 and pick option 8. It will let you leave a message to cancel. Have your flt number handy. I would then also try to follow up later with a call.

Thank you all for the help, I really appreciate. I was finally able to get a hold of someone, it sounds like there may have been some issue with the phone system. I'll definitely keep those other options in mind for next time.
