Tony: Just this and the other thread. I still don't feel to good about the age not being in the contract.
I think this will bite us in the arse. I hope I am wrong, but with all the good news lately (not) I guess I am on the defensive.

Oops, almost forgot to address the real issue.
This is getting a bit confusing following all of the Age 60 threads around, some of them generic, some of them turned into FedEx specific issues. As I posted in another thread, the Pilot Benefit Book is online and downloadable. The PBB is included in the Collective Bargaining Agreement by reference. It defines the Normal Retirement Date using "Age 60" and not language tied to the CFR Regulated Age.
I believe it will be a huge issue in the next round of negotiations.
