Of course everyone must have an opinion not that it truly matters, but here are more pros or cons truly dependent upon who you are!

No FAs, or no FAs to serve you.
No Pax issues, Cargo may not complain, but can kill just as well.
No hats, but you may like hats if your into that kind of thing.
No Cool Blazers, heavy @$$ leather jackets if you dare.
Uniform gets shed early for hours and no bathroom break blocker.
Great life insurance for some Cargo carriers, maybe they pass earlier.
Less TSA, but less access for Starbucks addicts.
Add from there... just saying...

Easy access to Starbucks is probably the ONLY thing I miss about pax flying. I only get my $5 lattes on commuting days now.
