So then theoretically you should have had 6 days off thus far but since they get a freebie for you on reserve they have 5 owed to you in the bank and that should be given to you next bid period, sound about right?

So at what point can they no longer use you? Or can they use you all month with the exception of 1 off in 7, they will just give you off the whole next month basically?

The last time I checked the FOM, the 100 hour block time limitation is for any 30 consecutive day period.

I would strongly suggest that you avail yourself of a copy of CBA, becoming intimately familiar with Article 13 (Scheduling), and Article 18(Hours of Service). A single master printed copy should be available in the crew lounge. Online copy available on members only website, under "My CBA".

The 100 hours per month is a FAR. But V is right get a copy of the CBA if you're on property here https://www.apa1224.org
Need a log in? Contact the Union. There's no master printed copy in the crew lounge that I am aware of.

I myself am not on property yet. Might hear something of an offer this week. Was more making sure I'm understanding the wide array of possibilities for scheduling when I would first be coming on line and what to anticipate a little better. That is a good point With the 100 hours be a hard FAR. Is it safe to assume that's something Abx is willing to push too? At some point that catches up to scheduling and you turn into a pumpkin, right?
