They should stay and enjoy their “Prime Air” contract.

Health care is 80/20 split company/pilot, probably looking at $400/month or so for a family for your contribution.

We have a UAL discounted fare you and immediate family would be eligible for one year after employment.

We're in CASS and have jumpseat agreements with basically every airline.

So I guess that isn't bad right? $400/mo for the family is pretty good compared to what's out there.

Is it pretty good discount on UAL or just some number the company worked out for the pilots and families? Is it valid international as well?

Thanks for the feedback my man. For some people this is silly but almost my whole family lives outside of the US so I'm just wanting to make sure I can get some family time every once in a while.

Just use ALT travel to go there on your days off which will be in blocks (or jumpseat). You'll have tons of time to visit friends and family internationally every month due to how our schedules work.

Mine is about $95/mo (old contract) including dental so I guess it depends on your particular situation.
