You can't compare Atlas and Kalitta when one has mins of 2000TT and the other 5000TT. You might as well just say go to Fed Ex instead.

Then, go to Fedex. Just not Atlas. Thanks.

Allegiant is hiring.

I know this thread has not been updated lately. What is the current seniority from either 74 or 76 per Atlas base? Is CVG a junior base?
Thanks for any input.

On the 767 it locks like the junior bases is now ONT. On the 747 ANC is still the junior base. On the last vacancy award it looks like LAX grew 25 slots and most of those were filled by ~6 month ANC folks. Junior 747 CVG FO is about 10 months.

Some of the new hire 747 pilot openings have been LAX, but most are still in ANC.

Some of the new hire 767 pilot openings have been in ONT...I think the last bid they were ALL in ONT, but, traditionally, CVG has been the base for 767 new hires. Also, 767 ONT base is all Amazon flying, from what has been posted.

How long until an FO can hold MIA and upgrade to CA on either equipment?

The bottom three MIA FOs are June of 17 hires. Currently the bottom 767 Captain is January 16 hire and the bottom 747 Captain is a November 14 hire. That being said there are about 60 FOs who have passed on upgrade on the 747 and about 135 who have passed on the 767. There was a company email referenced in another thread that said there were eight 747 upgrades last year and about 100 767 upgrades. The eight on the 747 didn't even start to keep up with attrition. If you were to be hired now there are 774 FOs below the junior 767 Captain. Those numbers are based on the 31 December 2018 list.
