The Atlas retention plan for a while seemed to be "upgrade everyone." Let's face it, an Atlas Captain is still paid less than a First Officer pretty much everywhere else.

I'm sure there will be but my guess is mostly for the ANC base to dissuade current 767 Captains from transitioning.
