I wish the guys in these stories about all the terrible planes and being forced to fly illegally and in unsafe equipment would post about it. Instead of the same four or five guys that don’t work here spreading bs day after day.
i work here and no one has asked me to fly anything unsafe, no one has punished me for refusing a broken plane. I have had schedulers give illegal assignments but they were changed when it’s brought to there attention.
So why don’t you guys bashing swift with these story’s get the people you heard them from to post them

They don’t understand working MAX FDP 5 days in a row with 1 or 2 23:00 shows for 4 hours of flight time and 3 legs is normal,

I was never asked to take a plane illegally however I’ve been asked to mx ferry on a permit.

then you get to the hotel at 6 am no hotel 2 days in a row, then you work a somewhat normal schedule, oh the hotel shuttle doesn’t come to UPS which we have to call, then we wait 1 hour for the shuttle then get to the hotel with no reservations for half of the crew,

Do you really expect the crew that had the gear emergency in MIA come on here and complain about poor MX practices forced by management? Or anybody else that has had an easily traceable event?
