No one likes you. We don’t need your help. Go back to bit@@ing about your union reps in your own airline’s thread. You are worse than the Swift management that you came here to trash.
A reasonable person tries to work for from within, then at some point, will resign and go public. Can't tell all, tell the truth in public, and expect to remain employed in the White House, why would it be different at Swift. Guys know to keep their mouths shut, bide their time, then blow the exits first chance they get. Did we not loose 30 of those HAPPY WITH THE STATUS QUO PILOTS this month. Even with the fake out pay raise. Some of us still working here know the truth, others indulge in wilfull Ignorance. Read your safety reports that are sent out in your email. Consistently going in the wrong direction, then ask yourself. Why is this happening. Please don't let the facts offend you, and resort to personal attacks. |

I wish the guys in these stories about all the terrible planes and being forced to fly illegally and in unsafe equipment would post about it. Instead of the same four or five guys that don’t work here spreading bs day after day.
i work here and no one has asked me to fly anything unsafe, no one has punished me for refusing a broken plane. I have had schedulers give illegal assignments but they were changed when it’s brought to there attention. So why don’t you guys bashing swift with these story’s get the people you heard them from to post them |

Experienced some of those problems. Now I do everything I can to avoid going to MIA. We fly the cream of the crop, and have great flight mechanics. Not MIA. |

Cant dispute the facts, and honest reasoning. So then he resorts to a personal attack. At least he was honest about the Swift management.

I do not engage in debate with those who argue in bad faith. Your intention is not to have a conversation and determine the facts, but to defame and libel the company and your fellow pilots. |

Nice upward trajectory buddy. Got yer apps in with Skylease and Eastern 3.0 yet? That was a pretty efficient post, managing to offend FOUR different pilot groups all at once. I live in Phoenix, that is why I went to Mesa when returning to flying after quitting during the lost decade. When I moved to Swift, I started flying day trips out of IWA, I have a 4 mile drive to work, and I spend a max of 3-4 nights a month in a hotel. So yeah, it actually is an upward trajectory. |

Awesome, black with two cream ...thanks appreciate it.
We’ll let you know when it’s smooth enough for service. Must have been unapproved parts and poor maintenance. |

Contrary to your non-stop sensational and defamatory posts, I don’t believe the operation nor the aircraft are unsafe. If I did, I would leave. I’m sure you would do the same. The fact that you haven’t left raises the suspicion that you are less concerned about safety than waging a campaign of retribution against management, even at the expense of the reputation, and possibly, the jobs of your fellow pilots.
