And I’m not interested in being told to stay away.

Ok, won't tell you to stay away. But don't come here..you'll regret it

Im not one of the CPs guys but I wont fly something illegal or unsafe even when asked to. I have never face any repercussions or penalty for refusing to do so, so forgive me if I don’t buy into the stories of retribution for not doing something wrong.

seems like there are a few former swiftys with some real hurt feelings on here

how do you check out alleged recent violations?

Talk to any pilot at IWA. You want names? How about Mr POI, Mr Asst POI, and every Fed in the Phoenix Office.
The 'Its coming from a former disgruntled Swifty' has already been used numerous times by Mngt...try again.
Im a current disgruntled iAero/Swifty..or what ever the F were calling ourselves.
You're not a line pilot, it's obvious. You've either been on a SWQ Mngt Cool Aid IV, or you are Management.

I continue to say alleged, because the case is still working through the system. But they were caught red handed. The Ietters were sent to those involved, and the Company management. That person is circulating their copy. And is not happy that they have been left out in the cold. They are just waiting for the hammer to drop, and see what will happen to their certificates. When the case is closed, then it will be published, alongside all the other misdeeds. But for now, it is still alleged....

During the interview process, please ask the recruiter the following questions...
1- Did you hear that in approximately 45 days, that Swift will no longer be allowed to fly to any other destination in Cuba, except Havana. And do you expect layoffs when that takes effect.
2- Did you hear that within the next month or two, that Laser's 2 flights a day to Santo Domingo will be stopped, due to the US government sanctions on Venezuela. Do you expect layoffs when that happens.
3- If you already know about these things, why has the managment not informed the current employees of their intentions when all of the above happens.

If you did not know, tell the recruiter to ask management for you. And be truthful to you about it. I would estimate that 95 percent of the MIA based operation will be shut down. Last months bid showed 48 Pilots MIA based. Ask those questions, before you quit your other job. If you are happy with the answers, then.... welcome to IAero Airways, AKA Swift

We are all wondering what they plan to do. An email of the concern and to know they are doing something about it and a couple scenarios how this plays out would be nice. But for some reason they think we don’t need to know anything come work that’s it unfortunately

I haven’t felt like my certificate has been jeopardized. Maybe I’m not Swifty enough to get that special treatment. Or maybe a lot of this thread is just BS.
