Plus this is the hidden gem. Someone had to start at Spirit back in 92 I was flying for Airlink back then and laughed when our pilots left for them. They were Junk. The joke of the industry. Now look at them, same could be said for frontier.

Pay at the present moment is falling behind. The salary gap is closing and regionals are on Swift’s tail when it comes to our pay scale. I hope they catch up here soon. Supposedly company buy out finalizes this month and hopefully new owners make an appearance to tell us something about the future.
