Be VERY cautious of anyone who repeatedly says he’s ‘Got your back’ but his actions prove he’s only interested in maintaining the little empire he’s trying to create for HIMSELF. Incompetent and self serving Managers (VS Leaders) demand strict adherence to the ‘Chain Of Command’ to hide their incompetence and questionable actions..IMO

In BI the CP came in doing his d@ck dance. Threatens us with our PRIAs if we get out of line. 5 minutes later he’s asking us if we know anyone that wants to work at Swift. Yeah..I’m gonna recommend this place to my friends after that threat.
