yes there is a training contract, it's 24 months / $24,000. Also, I forgot to mention that because of the ATA bankruptcy each new hire class has to be 50% former ATA pilots that were on the property when the company shutdown. Now, I would think most of those guys have jobs and will not interview but I'm sure there is a handful left.

Do you get reimbursed for parking at your home airport? Ad how long are your trips? 3-4-5-20 days?

Default Parking

Parking at JFK is free, if you live out of base the company will reimburse you $40 per month.

US Airways is going to lease a 767-300ER?

Wet lease the plane and crews or just the plane, flown by USAir pilots?

US Airways is not leasing the 767-300, wish we were. We're taking just the 757's and adding them to the west fleet.

I've been told by several ex-ATA folks that most didn't get jobs and would be looking at NAA/World positions. Our first new hire class had all ex-ATA folks in it.

Asked management today, I was told the leasing company told NAA the 767 was going to USAirways. That's what I've been told, I really don't care who gets it. It really means that we are losing aircraft, which is not good.
