Internal rec is what got me in. They'll hire people right at the posted mins I hear, but the training program will separate out those who can't do the job (unfortunately we lost 3 from my class). Not to say you have to be awesome to get through or anything, but they don't just pass people through to get warm bodies in the seats. I was really impressed with the program overall (takes a while to get through, though).

Thanks. The interview was really relaxed. A short written test, we had to fly an ILS on a desk top sim. We talked to H.R., then the fleet managers talked to us. They made it pretty clear that the flying is very demanding. For the most part, if you get invited to the interview, you have the job. We had lunch, then finger prints and a drug test. I hope that helps.
