I had 121 PIC time when I came here and i recommend it to everyone who applies as well. There are alot of senior guys who have 65 creeping up on them (about 15) which when you only have about 90 pilots is a decent amount of movement, but there is also no growth at the moment.

take everything in this industry with a grain of salt, things change by the minute in aviation. It is a great adventure if you decide to pursue it.

Probably not during the summer months, things tend to slow down during those months. I am sure there will be a ground school in the fall. Always keep trying to submit a resume, you just never know when there might be a ground school here.
