The job doesn't make you a professional: The professional makes the job.
You either bring the "Professional" to the job or you're just a "dude" drivin' planes as a "gig" for the "chicks".
I've seen farriers, and garbage men, and even the tow truck operator who picked my busted F-250 today who were more "professional" than some doctors, lawyers, and pilots I've met. It's the attitude.
Real professional pilots know the difference between arriving at work with their chin in the air and their nose in the air.
