Default Tracking charter / private flights from DPRK?

Hi there, I know there are a wide range of tools available online to track flights by commercial carriers, but I wondered if there is some kind of system I could use to track flights entering and exiting North Korea on a charter or private basis?

I assume this data must be found somwhere, but I'd really appreciate some pointers. I need the data for a research item I'm looking into.

Flightaware.com should have it. I think it has to be on an instrument flight plan but you can track by airport.

Hi there, I contacted them but they only have data for Air China flights going into the DPRK.

Is there some way to track other flights, i.e private, charter, military and so forth? I imagine lots of radar stations pick up these flights, and ATC bases, so surely there is some commercial company tracking this stuff?

Usually tracking info is 'provided' by the government and given the fact that most flights into and out of DPRK go into China, I doubt we would be able to get too much info.

Contact the handlers who arrange the trips... the guys that know how to cut through the red tape for such a flight. Maybe they can help. Uniersal, Jeppensen, etc.
