It'll be fun to see this fall season when you have 10 airplanes and 30 pilots. My redneck math tells me that's less than 2 crews per plane. What happens when someone is sick? Enjoy the 22 on and 8 off (spread out like free food in Africa). Hold your breath for over 17 pay, schedulers love to reem you there too. Work now get paid never. 2 pilots waited 4 months for pay. 1 never received his.....When the airline pilot shotgun hiring begins again, all Elite will have is the leftover ribs from a southern Mississippi cookout. For you northerners, that means D list applicants who can't string a sentence together let alone fly a prop. Jet? Good luck. My advice? Increase per diem, pay a fair salary, and match your bottom of the barrel competitors (Wheels Up, Miami Air, Ameristar, Kalitta).See you in court (for the bankruptcy hearing of course). Feel bad for all you dreamers. 757s are coming... in the form of a model airplane, because when the dust settles that's about all Elite will have the funds for....

John Pearsalls New Hanger
Can someone please answer this question? Why is John Pearsalls hanger under a different and new aviation company and he is hiring like crazy.....it sounds like he is embezzling money to clean out Elite Airways dry and funnel that money into his new company so he has no liability when he bankrupts elite airways. JL and SA, can you please answer this question for me.

Pearsalls Money Problem
Just wondering how he will afford the ADSB conversion on the CRJs and how he will pay companies back for the parts they have sold Elite. According to MX, Pearsall owes millions of dollars to companies that give him 30 day line of credit and won’t pay them back....If I was an investor, I would be very hesitant investing with him....

Pilots are leaving & Jewsall doesn’t care
Pilots are leaving left and right for other airlines. It’s going to come down to 20 pilots for 7 airplanes.....in the coming weeks are gonna be bad for the airline.....guys leaving on LOA, resigning etc. Pearsall is a scam artist, even the guys that flew with him at National think he is a dirtbag....looks like him and Actis have something in common. Also I think there is a lawsuit coming from a former FA to Pearsall for racism, horrible work environment and breaking FARS.
