Nothing yet. No word from leadership at all. Just rumors.

Rumor was a meeting early this week on this issue.

Heard they decided no changes were needed yet and kicked the can. Rumor is a lot of blowback from the pilot group about this.

PM sent about training.

As for pay scale, I have been told that the Pay Scale is done and will be released to the pilot group soon. The pilots as a whole are less than optimistic as to what that scale may look like.

ugh. . . oh well. . .LOL. The key is that if they want to grow, they will HAVE to have well one. . .a director of training, two, some sort of a plan for sims and three, competitive pay.

France is not a rumor. Authorization to add the sims there to our training manual is under way. But again, only for guys who won’t need a type ride... at least until we have an ADP. In the meantime, they are searching for every second of sim time that isn’t booked by Envoy, CommutAir, Piedmont, Contour, ADI, and every Legacy 600 operator.
