That’s a tough one to answer because it varies a lot from month to month. Next month, I work 4 in followed by a week off, the 6 days on the road, then a few days off followed by just a few more days on. Total of 12 days on the road (6 of those on reserve in a company provided hotel).

As for pay scale, I have been told that the Pay Scale is done and will be released to the pilot group soon. The pilots as a whole are less than optimistic as to what that scale may look like.

ugh. . . oh well. . .LOL. The key is that if they want to grow, they will HAVE to have well one. . .a director of training, two, some sort of a plan for sims and three, competitive pay.

France is not a rumor. Authorization to add the sims there to our training manual is under way. But again, only for guys who won’t need a type ride... at least until we have an ADP. In the meantime, they are searching for every second of sim time that isn’t booked by Envoy, CommutAir, Piedmont, Contour, ADI, and every Legacy 600 operator.
