Any info on what to expect? Sim?.
Pay, QOL, Work environment, etc

Yes... Congratulations on your interview. However, be an educated consumer. Talk to as many Miami Air Crews you can before accepting the position, if offered. The world wide travel is a novelty for sure. But the prospects of pre-tax dollars withheld from one's low salary for training, to begin with is dismal at best.

There are better opportunities available with upgrades along with better salaries, and benefits. On the flip side, there's the dreaded commute and additional expense for a crash pad if you don't want to move.
